This wine, made by winemakers Ed Salzberg, Itai Lahat and Yotam Sharon, is expected to be added and improved over a number of years of aging under suitable conditions. To make the most of the wine, the winemaker’s recommendation is to pour the wine into a wide-based decanter, or alternatively to remove the cork about an hour before serving. It is recommended that the wine temperature at the time of the mixture should not exceed 18ºC.
