Ben Zimra vineyards, located at 870 meters, provides the perfect terroir for wines of the Adir winery. Vineyards are diluted to produce up to 600 kg of grapes per dunum, which are harvested by hand and kept for 24 months in French oak barrels. Wine won 4 prizes at the 2008 Terravino competition, including the best Israeli wine, the best boutique wine and the champion of the competition.
